Coffeeship
The company Coffeeship provides regular supplies of green specialty coffee directly from farmers in Central and South America to the Czech Republic.
We are building direct bridges between farmers and roasters. With our help, farmers receive a financial incentive to produce the maximum amount of high-quality coffee, and roasters have the opportunity to work with the best beans for honest money, bypassing the traditional giant European coffee traders.
The high quality of coffee is especially important for us, therefore every year our representatives analyze and control not only the harvesting, but also the maintenance, care and development of farms on the ground to get the most delicious and sustainable varieties for the perfect final product - cup of coffee.
Direct trade
We cooperate with all customers, regardless of how much coffee they fry or sell, delivering them an order from one bag right into their hands.
We understand that the process of delivery from the farm to the roasters is extremely important, which is why we use Grain Pro bags and special refrigerators with the necessary temperature and insect treatment to transport green beans, thereby maintaining the high quality of the beans.
We provide a complicated system for importing green coffee, which allows the roasters to focus on what they know better - fry and produce the finished product.
Due to the organization of direct deliveries, we are changing the coffee market today - this gives our customers an opportunity to work with the most fresh and quality non-fried specialty coffee.
Specialty coffee
The term specialty coffee is used to refer to the high quality coffee, based on assessment from 80 points or higher on a scale recognized by the International Specialty Coffee Association (SCA).
Specialty coffee is selected Arabica beans, that grown at an altitude of more than 1000 meters above sea level, solely on natural fertilizers and in special climatic conditions.
Collected manually ripe beans of one crop pass more than 15 levels of sorting and have pronounced flavor and aromatic properties with features of the country and origin farm. In other words, specialty coffee is one of the most exciting and tasty coffee in the world.

The San Pablo farm is a real jewel of the Jinotega mountain ranges. And such a unique it makes the owner Byron Corralez, a fanatically devoted person, an ardent opponent of chemical fertilizers and the first farmer in Nicaragua who mastered the biodynamic way of growing coffee.
